The Gateway
Somewhere in an ancient wood lies the mystical Mouse’s house, a portal to another world hidden amongst the tiny creatures found in the deepest dark. Guarded by a timeless forest being, the depths beyond the seeing eye contain wisdom unimaginable.
A wild mouse skeleton articulated and professionally processed in our studio from start to finish, perched upon a hand carved Crepe Myrtle Doorway with a real inlaid dry preserved Coyote Eyeball and a carved whitetail deer antler door knob. The door has been kissed by the lips of time and the mossy mushroom laden traces still remain. This sculpture is housed in a glass display dome with a wooden base and the skeleton is removable for safe shipping. The entire piece measures 8” tall and 4” wide.
This Mouse Skeleton has been fully processed, articulated, wired, glued, and reinforced in our studio from start to finish!
