Pathological Diaphonized African Soft Fur Rat with Ears for sale! You will receive the Diaphonized Adult Rat with Ears pictured! This particular rat has an interesting bone growth on the tip of their tail as well as attached translucent ears. This ASF Rat has been preserved in formalin and then it has gone through a chemical process referred to as "Diaphonization" which is a method in which the bone and cartilage are stained and the flesh is cleared in order to vividly display the skeletal structure! This little guy was processed in our studio from start to finish. You will receive the specimen suspended in glycerin with an anti-fungal thymol additive in the jar pictured. The jar Measures 5" Tall.

The jar will be vacuum sealed in plastic for added protection against leakage. Once you receive it you cut the package open and its ready to be displayed!
