This sculpture features a real Traditional Taxidermy Budgerigar Head with glass eyes permanently set into a twig nest and surrounded by real dry preserved moss, Yarrow from our garden, and Mushrooms dried by the ever so wonderful @ayyydriann !! All of the dry preserved goodies have been sealed in an archival quality resin for stability. This entire nest is moveable however we are also including a small “live edge” raw pine base for it to sit on!! This Budgerigar was sent to us after it passed away from natural causes at a wildlife reserve, we do not harm animals for our work.
