The Oracle
The Oracle - original sculpture for sale! This listing is for the original handmade sculpture titled "The Oracle" pictured. This sculpture features two front Badger paws which have been fully processed, traditionally articulated, wired and glued in our studio in our studio from start to finish! These two articulations rest on brass display wires which are inserted into an antique wooden prayer book embellished with gold leaf and gold paint. The inside of the prayer book has been transformed into two glossy black scrying mirrors which reflect the paws and crystal ball shown. This piece also features a gorgeous real Selenite crystal ball on a gold colored metal stand. Selenite is known to represent Selene, the Greek Goddess of the Moon, and a strong connection between the other realms. The Badger paws are completely removeable from both the base and wire for safe shipping and easy observation! Please refer to the photos! The entire sculpture measures 5'' tall and 7'' wide. The articulations each measure approximately 4'' tall and 3'' wide and the Selenite ball measures 2.5'' tall and 2'' wide with its stand.
