The Shapeshifter Deer Skull for sale! This listing is for the hand carved Whitetail Deer Skull pictured. A recreation of the beautiful woodcut by Michael Wolgemut in 1493 depicting a shapeshifting magician, part wolf part man. A lovely illustration relating to the practices of the norse Úlfhéðnar. This image has been hand carved into a found Button Buck deer skull, it was then stained in wolf blood and mounted into a wood and glass shadow box. This is a partial Deer skull and there is natural discoloration. This is a nature cleaned skull that has been further processed in our studio. Please refer to the photos! The piece measure 11x14".
